   If you delete the email on your mobile telephone it will also be deleted in Outlook and vice versa.
   If you reply to the email you will see that reply in Outlook and vice versa;



3. Synchronisation of your Outlook calendar, contacts and tasks with your mobile telephone, smartphone or PDA:
   This means that changes in or addition to the calendar, contacts and/or tasks on your mobile device will be synchronised with your desktop pc and/or laptop and vice versa. You will never have to input addresses twice, on your mobile and later in Outlook, any more.
